Dr. Sears career has focused on human disease – especially diabetes and how it can be treated using diet – a simple, easy-to-follow, diet that anyone could follow. Through clinical trials using the specially designed diet she developed, she saw that the components of the diet is critical to reducing risk – not just weight loss, but the quality of the food consumed is a huge factor in reducing your risk of disease.
